How does the credit system work?

Our credit-based system allows flexible usage across all AI models. Different models consume different amounts of credits (2-15 credits per generation). Credits from subscriptions renew monthly/annually, while purchased credits have specific expiration dates. You can always buy additional credits as needed.

What file formats and sizes do you support?

For images: JPG, PNG, WebP up to 10MB. For videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM up to 100MB. All outputs are generated in high-quality MP4 format with various resolution options including HD and 4K, depending on your subscription plan.

How long does AI generation take?

Generation time varies by model and complexity: simple image generation takes 30-60 seconds, while video generation can take 2-5 minutes. Complex models like Runway and Veo3 may take longer but deliver superior quality. You'll receive real-time updates on generation progress.

Do I need to sign up to use the platform?

Can I use generated content commercially?

What happens if my generation fails?

If a generation fails due to technical issues on our end, your credits will be automatically refunded. Our system includes robust error handling and real-time status tracking to minimize failures and keep you informed throughout the process.
